How to Use:
Place any side of the breast pad on the nipples and wear your bra on it. The pads prevents the breast milk from flowing when you are not breast feeding it also helps to keep the nipples clean for the next breast feeding.
After use:
Soak in a room temperature water for 10- minute and wash with any soap or detergent.
