Panty liners are used during spotting days when your period is about to end or heavier vagina discharge. Place any side of the panty liner on your pant facing the vagina and wear the pant. After use soak in room temperature water for 10 minutes & wash with any soap or detergent. they are washable and reusable for a minimum period of 1 year.
