How long does one pad actually last?
A minimum of one year of normal use, washed and dried between wears. That is the figure Pad-Up states across the whole range, not a best-case number for one product.
How do I wash them?
Rinse off surface blood, then soak in room-temperature water for ten minutes; detergent is optional. Hand or machine wash as you would any clothing, and let them dry completely before wearing again. Never share them, bleach them, use hot water, or iron them.
Eco, Luxury or Heavy-Duty: which one do I need?
Eco and Luxury are both 28cm with roughly 35ml absorption, for regular flow; Luxury is the softer finish and comes five to a pack instead of three. Heavy-Duty is 32cm and about 45ml, made for heavy days and overnight. All three come with a reusable carry pouch.
What is a padded pant?
A period pant with the pad built into it. You wear it like a regular pant. There is no separate pad to position, and nothing to change out during the day.
Are they safe to wear?
The range is dermatologically tested, leak-proof and breathable, and washes clean with any soap or detergent. The pads are made to prevent the staining, rashes and irritation that disposables can cause.
