Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 26, 2026. Using this website or placing an order means accepting these terms.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Pad-Up Creations Limited, a manufacturer of washable, reusable sanitary products based at 15 Industrial Zone, Behind Senior Magistrate Court 5, Shiroro Road, Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. These terms govern your use of the website and any purchase made through it.

2. Using This Site

The site may be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or misuse any of its features. Content on the site is provided for general information and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in Nigerian naira and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time. The price charged is the catalogue price at the moment the order is placed; every order is re-priced against the catalogue when it is processed, so the amount charged is never one a browser supplied.
  • Product photographs show the products actually sold, but colours can render differently between screens.
  • Obvious errors in a listing (a wrong price, a wrong description) may be corrected, and an order affected by one may be cancelled and refunded rather than honoured at the erroneous term.

4. Orders and Payment

Card payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered with Paystack, never on this website, and payment is verified with Paystack before an order is treated as paid.

Orders can also be placed by WhatsApp or phone through the orders desk. An order is accepted when the orders desk confirms stock and delivery with you; until then it is a request.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged and confirmed by the orders desk after an order is placed, and cost and timing depend on where you are. Pad-Up also sells through distributors and stockists in 21 countries, and the desk may point you to the nearest one when that serves you faster.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. In short: sales are final, and items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Product Care and Use

The products are personal hygiene items. Their stated reusable life, a minimum of one year, depends on following the care instructions supplied with each product and shown on its product page. They must never be shared. Information on this site is general guidance about the products and is not medical advice.

8. Portal Accounts

Distributor and staff portal credentials are issued by the office. You are responsible for keeping yours confidential and for activity under your account, and access may be suspended for misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

The Pad-Up name, logo, product photography and the content of this site belong to Pad-Up Creations Limited or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Press coverage linked from this site belongs to the outlets that published it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, Pad-Up Creations Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and its total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above changes when they are. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
