A Pad-Up pad works differently from a disposable one. There is no adhesive strip. Instead the wings wrap under your underwear and lock with a snap button, which is what keeps it in place all day.
Position it
Lay the pad in your underwear with the soft white side facing up, towards your body.
Wrap the wings
Fold the wings down and around the outside of your underwear, the same way you would with a winged disposable.
Snap it shut
Press the snap button closed. It locks safely beneath the pant and stops the pad shifting while you move.
Change when full
Remove when full and replace with a clean pad. Keep the used one in the leak-proof pouch that comes in the kit until you can wash it.
Do
- Wear the soft white side against your body
- Carry a spare and the storage pouch when you are out
- Snap the wings fully closed before moving around

- Do not share a pad with anyone else
