Community Officer

The Community Officer is responsible for managing, documentation, onboarding, and performance tracking of company ambassadors. The role ensures that qualified candidates are properly screened, cleared, onboarded, equipped with the necessary tools, and continuously monitored throughout their engagement with the company. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and coordinate Call for Applications, including application materials, graphics, guidelines, and promotional activities. Advertise opportunities across official communication channels, social media, and relevant community networks. Monitor applications, review submissions, and shortlist candidates based on established eligibility requirements. Manage pre-offer communications, candidate responses, and recruitment status records. Coordinate the collection and verification of biodata, guarantor forms, identification documents, photographs, and other required onboarding documents. Review candidate documentation for completeness, accuracy, signatures, and compliance with company requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential Ambassador Support Sheets, recruitment logs, and candidate records. Grant clearance for candidates who have successfully completed the required documentation and verification process. Maintain secure physical and digital records of candidate and guarantor documentation. Coordinate onboarding invitations, attendance confirmation, orientation, and ambassador induction. Ensure newly onboarded ambassadors receive the required portal access, communication channels, reporting tools, guidelines, and work expectations. Set up and maintain weekly/monthly ambassador activity and performance trackers. Monitor ambassadors' online activities, assignments, deliverables, and overall participation. Regularly update ambassador performance records, activity metrics, clearance status, and other relevant information. Follow up with ambassadors on outstanding requirements, assignments, and performance expectations. Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding, and ambassador performance reports for management.

The role ensures that production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and according to Pad-Up Creations Limited’s approved processes and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Supervise and coordinate production staff to achieve daily production targets. Confirm production materials, quantities, work plans, and staff allocations before production begins. Monitor staff closely to ensure proper production procedures, use of PPE, correct materials, moulds, machines, and approved work standards. Inspect completed work for errors, stains, defects, and other quality issues before submission to Quality Control. Record materials received, work issued, work completed, unused materials, staff attendance, and production discrepancies accurately. Ensure hourly collection, counting, recording, and submission of completed work to Quality Control. Monitor and enforce proper handling, storage, and return of production materials and finished products. Ensure machines, production halls, electrical outlets, and work areas are properly cleaned, maintained, and secured at the beginning and end of each workday. Pay particular attention to new staff and ensure they are properly guided and compliant with production procedures. Report shortages, excesses, errors, safety breaches, equipment issues, and other exceptions promptly. Reconcile daily production records and materials to ensure all quantities are properly accounted for. Maintain accurate production records and transfer required information to the company database. Prepare and submit daily and weekly production reports, including production capacity, challenges, discrepancies, and corrective actions. Review the following day's production plan and ensure it aligns with available staff and required production targets.
