A visit from the US Embassy in Nigeria

19 April 2024

The embassy team toured the factory, and we talked about what partnership could look like.

On April 17th, 2024, we at Pad-Up Creations Limited had the honour of hosting the United States Embassy in Nigeria for a visit to our factory. The embassy team toured our facility, learning about our processes and discussing ways in which we could leverage opportunities at the US embassy to accelerate our business.

It was a truly enriching visit for both us and the embassy team. We were able to showcase our commitment to sustainability and our dedication to providing women and girls with safe and comfortable menstrual hygiene products. We were excited to share our company's mission and how we are creating positive social and economic impact across Nigeria.

The embassy team was impressed with our operations and our innovative approach to addressing a significant challenge in the country. We discussed potential collaborations and how we could work together to expand our reach and impact, both in Nigeria and beyond.

We also discussed possible government programmes and initiatives that we could leverage to expand our operations and create more jobs in our community. The embassy team listened attentively and offered valuable insights and suggestions that we could implement to take our business to the next level.

Overall, the visit was a success, and we are grateful for the opportunity to showcase our work to the US embassy team. We look forward to exploring potential avenues for partnership and collaboration and are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.

At Pad-Up Creations, we remain committed to our mission of creating innovative, sustainable and accessible menstrual hygiene products for women and girls across Nigeria. We are proud of the positive impact we have created so far and excited about the potential for continued growth and impact in the years to come.
